Do I dare say this! I love what she said about if you want to be successful in sales, do what scares you!!! I get it! I have grown so much from doing what scared me I now find it exciting and fun even if I sweat a bit or don’t do it perfectly!
I feel empowered with her affirming the aspects of selling that are my nature just as you have done. Caring, meeting needs, creating a positive relationship so the person would feel happy to send his/her best friend to me.
Laura’s approach will definitely help you to help all those burned-out nurses. It is obvious she comes from a place of love and support.
Laura do you have any insights on how Jean can get the attention of these nurses who are overworked and underpaid to consider the benefits of becoming an entrepreneur in the wellness space?
Terry Petrovick probably the best way for Jean to get their attention would be to offer a step by step way for them to get started. Most people who would like to become an entrepreneur don’t know where to start and need someone else to believe in them so they can believe in themselves. Once they have a belief and a plan to follow, they can do fabulous things.
Laura Burton Thank you so much for this. I love offering the gift of belief in people. I know the power of that. Terry changed my life with his belief in me. It made me curious. I started asking myself “What does this guy see that makes him believe in me? “ I then started to see true possibilities.
