Do you believe in you? If you do you have posture, congratulations!

And for those of you who don’t know Bash here’s his story http://BashHagelin.com

He has a double surgery coming up of both legs and hips. The first one is on 9/26 at 8am. If you could send healing prayers and thoughts to him and his medical team we would be grateful. #NoExcuses #YouBeYou #HealingForBash
