  1. grateful for what is not happening or the could have that Did not happen. I catch things easy and have autoimmune issues yet I am doing good even stressed.
    My anxiety is manageable.
    Being more mindful and straight productive toward a goal everyday.
    Reaching out daily
    Staying physical active outside everyday.
    Brain dumps several times a day.
    Focusing on serenity and real faith putting things in prayer BEFORE I wrestle with them. (24 hour pause is an amazing gift)

  2. My mindfulness practice is in full gear again. Love it! It makes all I am better and thus what I give of more value!!
