ourselves  some quiet time we are able to regain clarity of thought<br />
and reduce stress.  Those who practice different forms of meditation<br />
understand the full range of  benefits attained through taking a few<br />
minutes each day to enter  contemplative silence. Anyone can benefit<br />
from a similar ritual, even if it  means taking only a moment or two<br />
to center yourself by closing your eyes and  taking a few deep<br />
cleansing breaths.</p>
<p>It is often in silent moments  that our answers appear. When our<br />
minds are racing, or we are going through  our day rushed, we soon<br />
forget about the beautiful gift of being fully  present and aware.<br />
Relaxing the mind and body a few moments each day brings  peace and<br />
clarity to our lives.</p>
<p>Exercise:</p>
<p>Engage in a  quiet, relaxing activity and give your body/mind/spirit a<br />
vacation. Try to do  this each day for a week, making notes each day<br />
of the process and how it has  affected you.<br />
