From John Maxwell’s book: The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
Law 3 The Law of Process, Leadership develops daily, not in a day.
Often we want success immediately. The truth is your success will grow as fast as you do. It can be a challenge to enjoy the process, you just have to know that if you that the fastest way to make things happen is to be teachable and coachable and always, always be working to improve your skills so you can add more value to the market place.
Law 4 The Law of Navigation, Anyone can steer a ship, but it takes a leader to chart a course.
Knowing who you are and where you are going is critical if you are going to become a strong leader. People will follow you in your business when you can share a vision that is attractive to them. They will join you for their reasons not yours. Remember that, it’s important!
